It includes the findings (by Dr. Masaru Emoto) about how one can easily restructure the molecular composition of water crystals by simply raising or lowering frequency based on intention–positive/loving or negative/fearful. Also, the Pleiadian information (by Barbara Maciniak) on the hidden history of Earth is a tough pill to swallow for some, but many interpretations (and with that, new evidence) of history are now coming to the surface for us to question.
