The Friend Movement was created to help show positive anti-bully images through art and media. Images of people of all ages, race, gender, sexuality, and spirituality that invoke inspiration & conversation. Friend movement inspires people to prevent bullying by enabling them to be a better friend.

Friend Movement inspires people to prevent bullying by enabling them to be a better friend; providing entertaining and educational resources, cultivating global partnerships, and leveraging the latest social media technology.
ABOUT FRIEND
Friend is a hybrid of a feature film and photo-campaign grass roots movement.
It all started at Dialog Cafe in West Hollywood, CA. with two dreamers. A film-maker and an activist sat down knowing that they were meant to work together, but in what aspect?
Elliot Dal Pra London had just come back from spending the summer on the road interviewing youth on what it is like to grow up and their experience of being bullied. Elliot was inspired and ready to make a compelling piece of art, but he needed to find the right person with a similar passion for making a difference.
Ronnie Kroell had been working on creating a grassroots movement that would aim to celebrate our diversity, but more importantly it would focus on the things we all share in common. It was in that moment, over a cup of coffee, that Friend Movement was conceived.
Thanks to the support of an incredible production team and nearly a thousand donors through crowd-funding, we have been able to get the wheels in motion! In order to keep the momentum going, we need your help! We are living in a time where social networking has become a part of daily life; integrated into all aspects of what we do as human beings. With the constant evolution of how we view media, we are given incredible opportunities to be innovative, creative, and playful with our art.
