We do know was out there! planets, stars, comets, galaxies, blackholes, vortexes and lots of other things that we can google.We are certain that there are other forms of life as-well and we do not feel that these life forms want to conquer earth and make us their slaves. Overall, Everything in the universe is wondrous, beautiful, and infinite created from light energy like we are.
